4th Annual Forum with group members talking about the meadows they have created and restored in 2019 plus visiting speakers on the benefits of diverse swards

Speakers confirmed so far include :

Carbon, cows and calculators; digging deeper into the solutions - Becky Willson, Farm Carbon Cutting Toolkit

Becky has been involved in applied research around resource management for the last 10 years, specialising in translating science into practical measures. The creator of the Farm Crap App, she is also a Nuffield scholar and is currently leading a research project looking at soil carbon sequestration working with a wide range of farmers. She has been working on projects involving understanding the agronomic and above ground benefits of multi species swards for the last four years and is now looking at the benefits of these leys below ground. Becky works with farmers and organisations to understand more about the impact of climate change on their business, calculating carbon footprints and developing carbon reduction strategies.
