Though underground and out of sight, soil is one of our most import natural resources. This is a fantastic opportunity to get hands-on experience and discover how to read the key indicators of its condition. Graham Harvey has spent decades championing sustainable farming practices, and more recently the grass-fed movement. Graham was one of the co-founders of the Oxford Real Farming Conference, worked as the agricultural advisor to BBC Radio 4’s The Archers and is a successful author with books including Grass-fed Nation: Getting Back the Food we Deserve.
