Join us on Wednesday 10th June at Caradoc courtesy of Dreda Darling to enjoy a true field to fork experience. The event will begin with a visit to some floodplain meadows which were restored in 2024 with support from the Wye Valley National Landscape through the Farming in Protected Landscapes Programme. The field session will be led by Herefordshire Meadows who will provide an overview of this special and rare habitat, as well as the restoration process and ongoing management system. We will then head back up to the farm to be treated to some delicious home reared beef and vegetarian/vegan alternative cooked by Cookhouse on the Hill in collaboration with Herefordshire Food Alliance.
