This year the National Meadows Conference was held in South Shropshire on Friday 15th November. The event brings together meadows groups and advocates from across the country as well as larger national charities including Plantlife and Buglife.

The event offers a fantastic opportunity to network and share ideas and also to celebrate all the positive work being doing across the country to support and champion species rich grasslands.

As part of the proceedings, Co-Director Rory Johnson delivered a presentation entitled ‘From Facilitation Fund to fully registered charity: why and how?’ which tracked the evolution of Herefordshire Meadows since its inception in 2016.
