Tom Blunt has been Field Officer for the Rare Breeds Survival Trust since October 2015. RBST are working to ensure a secure future for our native livestock breeds and populations. His role entails working with and promoting all rare and native breeds of farm livestock and equines. Tom studied Agri-Business at Harper Adams University and his passion for livestock began in 2000 when his family purchased their first Red Poll heifer. They now have 14 spring calving cows and over 40 ewes lambing on a smallholding in North Buckinghamshire.
