DEFRA have announced a list of 34 successful Landscape Recovery Projects. The good news is that there are two in Herefordshire

Both projects contain elements of grassland creation and restoration including floodplain meadow, lowland meadow and wet grassland opportunities. Several Herefordshire Meadows members expressed interest in being involved in these exciting projects during the bidding process earlier this year.

There is an enrollment phase taking place at the moment and our advisers look forward to working with landowners to support the development phase of both projects when they start in 2024.
